Situation:

COVID-19 has reached pandemic levels and the client needs additional headcount for a seasonal campaign in March 2020 to address headcount shortfalls with other service providers due to the lockdown orders taking place around the world. The lead time was short, as it is an immediate requirement as call volumes are increasing due to consumer uncertainty.

Solution:

Unifin’s flexibility and experience enabled us to source out, interview, hire, and train around 200 agents in three weeks -- all while transitioning to a Work At Home (WAH) model to address lockdown requirements in the various countries Unifin operates. Utilizing Unifin’s chat and video conferencing tools, as well as our learning management system, Unifin delivered remote training, nesting, and supervision in a matter of days.
